She ain't going to make the Balls Run

  Unfortunately the cat will not be making the trip this year. I am upset to say the least. Was riding today and she started smoking so bad it looked like it was coal fired. Popped the hood open and there was so much fuel shooting out the exhaust that it looked like it was peeing. Then came the dreaded knock knock knock, it sounded like the reaper was at the door. I'm pretty sure the piston on the pto side is fried, and will know what else once I tear it down. That's the bad, the good is it looks like I can rebuild it with the parts available new. That will be a summer project. Now we need to find a sled for q-tip to ride.

Didn't make the Ball's Beater this year. How was it? Anybody got pictures to post?

No pictures to post, but Paul told me a local lady won the sled and she was considering if she would take it or the money. Haven't heard more, but the day went well he said. I hope so. Hated to miss it, just too many things to do and time is too short. It's a great event and lots of fun. Maybe next year!
