Sharing the Marinette County trail report updated today, March 11, 2014. There's still riding to do! It's getting late so you know what kind of conditions you can run into. Trails are holding up really well with the solid thick base. Any roads could be a problem

but that's what you have to deal with when the season is coming to an end. Couple more weeks left ....maybe

hoping

Here is the report taken from marinettecosnowtrails.com
DUN-GOOD RIDERS: The solid base is holding up well and the trails remain in good to very good condition. Grooming will be done at night or when the temps are colder. Watch for some soft spots and ice in places. ATV’s & UTV’s ARE ALLOWED on the Dun-Good trials.
PEMENEE RIVER RIDERS: We will be grooming our trails mid-week due to the warmer temps. Trails will all be groomed by the week end. Watch for ice, ride with caution. Atv's & utv's ARE ALLOWED on MOST of the trails, obey the signs! NOTE: Due to unreasonable demands by the Marinette County Highway Department, we are recommending you DO NOT use the Pembine to Niagara trail! If you do, you must follow state statues for distance OFF the roadway and headlights must be going with traffic after dark. Again, the PRR Club is NOT recommending this! The trail between Niagara and Aurora is open and groomed. Please watch for ICE AHEAD signs on Brown Spur Road (the north loop from Pembine to Dunbar) as a culvert is frozen over and water on the road has frozen into ice. Slow down and use caution.
NEAR NORTH: All of our trails are groomed and trails are still in excellent riding condition. Atv's and utv's ARE ALLOWED on MOST of the trails. Obey the signs.
IRON SNOWSHOE: Trails are real good yet. We will groom at least through the week. Base is still in good condition. There are some soft areas and bad corners, watch for icy spots. ATV’s and UTV’s ARE ALLOWED on the Iron Snowshoe trails.
KUMALONG JOY RIDERS: Trails are groomed. Be careful! There are icy areas and some water in spots. Ride with caution and stay on the right side of the trail! Atv's & utv's are NOT allowed at anytime.
RIVER ROAD RIDERS: Trails are open; the base is good and solid yet. We will groom again when the temps get colder. We recommend that you wait to ride until Wednesday or when the temps are colder. Riding when it’s warm will tear up and wreck the base. Atv’s and utv’s are NOT allowed at anytime.
BAGLEY-BRAZEAU JOYRIDERS: The Bagley-Brazeau trails are being groomed. Trails remain in very good riding condition. There could be some icy spots so ride with caution. Atv's and utv's are NOT allowed at anytime.
RANGER CITY RIDERS: Trails are open, but we will not groom again until we get more snow. Trails are flat and ride-able, but there is dirt showing through and lots of wet spots and icy areas. Ride with caution. Atv’s & utv’s are NOT allowed at anytime.
