Yea, I know.. 
it was the first time I missed in a long time.. my boys are getting bigger now and seemed to want to do everything under the sun 
I will have the SM there next year, maybe two shinny motoski's. We'll see how productive I can be during the summer. Im also restoring that '71 Grand Prix with the gold flake hood. That one has a 634 hirth, cant wait for that one to be done as well, that will be my new rider

Looks nice!! I think my wife and I will be heading up, maybe Thursday for some riding on the newer sleds 
It's was looking like we were going to have nice riding conditions around here for a bit, but mother nature had different thoughts I guess...

No I didnt go.. ive been hanging pretty low.. both my boys are now old enough that they both are in sports and school fuctions now, that eats up a lot of my time.. (but very worth it).. trying to finish up the SM 760, im hoping to be showing it at the show this year. Hope ya are doing good, enjoy the summer..ohh yea sold the big merc off.. wait till y'all see my next trail rider its going to be sweet 634 is all im saying

I have a couple questions???
The first question I have is, when your register your vintage sled and you get your 3 year registration, and you get your free annual (yearly) trail pass. Do they send you the free trail passes year after year for the next 2 years then to coincide with your 3 year registration???
And my second is, kind of the same but not vintage related...
When you register your NON vintage sled for $30/3 years do you have to buy a trail pass for each of the 3 years of that registration, or is it a 10$ fee for the trail pass for the next 3 years

I got a phone call from a guy who would like to come to my home to issue me my AWSC Insurance card and other info... Has anyone had this meeting already???
I find it a little odd that they wouldn't just mail it, or is it a up sale meeting to get you to buy other insurance plans from the company representing the AWSC??

This is truly sad to hear this... Dave was a great man, who got me going on my Mercury!! I bought my very first parts from him for the start of that project.. Also got to enjoy a great ride at the end of the season last year with him and his wife, shooting the B/S and some lunch.. Thoughts and prayers to his wife and family.. RIP DAVE.

To all the people involved in putting the show together just wanted to say, thank you, and good job
It was great to talk to everyone again and this show for me kick the off the sledding season
And the best part of the day is that it was the very first vintage snowmobile show (or any snowmobile show) that I felt that my two little guys were now big enough to attend... They had a BLAST!!
Cant wait till the first ride..

« on: November 20, 2013, 05:47:20 PM »Yeah, oddly enough....I've never owned an Exciter. I will find one someday. But not for a while, I Have a GPX motor waiting for me at Koch's Performance so my vintage sled budget is running in the RED.I know how that's goes
but Mr. Leon will do a great job and be wroth every penny!
