Interested in going to some vintage events, having some and checking out the NEWLBVR beautiful raffle sled? Well, here is a tentative schedule for place you will probably catch up with Autolube. He'll have the sled on display and if you twist his arm, he'll sell you some tickets too! Prize = 1978 Kawasaki Invader 440. Tickets = $5 each, 3 for $10 or 7 for $20. Drawing = December 5th, 2015 at 3:00 PM during the NEWLBVR Show & Swap at the Gateway in Crivitz.

Sept. 19th-Lake of the Woods Grass Drags and Swap Meet in Wautoma WI

Sept. 26th-Dun-Good Riders Open House at the Club Building on Hwy 8 in Dunbar *****SEE NOTE BELOW*****

Oct. 3rd & 4th- Wausau Grass Drags and Swap Meet

Oct. 10th-TBD Amery WI or Marion MI

Oct. 17th-Jefferson Grass Drags and Swap Meet

****NOTE**** We are looking for a volunteer or two to take care of our Vintage Sled Raffle ticket sales during the Dun-Good Riders Open House on Sept. 26th. In Dunbar, at the club building on Hwy 8. Please send Jeff an email jschwaller50@gmail.com or Patti at vintagepats@yahoo.com if you could help us out with this. Some club members will already be at this event but we also belong to the Dun-Good Riders and we're going to busy working there that day doing other things. We sure could use a volunteer to sell tickets, promote the Show and the club and just talk vintage with the folks that stop by. Give us a shout if you can help. Thanks!

Great time in Wausau Grass Drags and Swap Saturday. Saw lots of club members that came by to check out the raffle sled and say HI. :beer: Sunday their wasn't much left for swappers in the morning didn't look like any were coming in. :baseballbat: I left at 9:00am, perhaps I should of stayed longer to see if things picked up. :dunno:

This Saturday (10-10-15) I intend to take the Kawasaki to a swap meet that is going on at ANTIGO YAMAHA.

And then Jefferson the next Saturday (10-17-15) of course.  :thumb:

Hello Forum followers,
Were not done yet with hitting the swap circuit with our Beautiful Kawasaki Raffle sled!  :thumb: By this time tomorrow I hope to be pulling into Jefferson county fairgrounds for their BIG event of the year. Always excited to see familar faces and new aquaintences! :dancinbanana:

Hey Autolube, we'll find you and then our family can help out selling tickets etc. so you have a chance to walk around and swap parts and stories. That's the fun of these things, isn't it?! Probably going to be the 4 of us so Misfire and Webmaster's wife can work the club display for awhile. Maybe we'll sell all your parts too, better put the price tags on them  rofl

We'll be leaving here early Sat. morning so we won't be there till mid day. I'll call you before we get there so we can locate you right away, not walk around for hours looking.  :dunno: That banner does stand out 'tho!  :cheer:

Friday night temps going down to about 28 so it'll be a chilly start on Sat. morning. Weather for Saturday in Jefferson should be about 50 for a high, mostly sunny and 0% precip. Sounds good! Looking forward to Jefferson...it's always a fun event. Hope to see lots of our vintage friends this week end!

The Swap Meet and Vintage Sled Show at Jefferson was pretty good this year again, in fact we sold the most raffle tickets there than at any of the others swap meets or events we've been to so far!  :rocker:

 :thankyou: MissFire and PreMix for taking over for awhile manning the fort. Which freed me up to spend some money!  :banghead:

I think thats it for the swap circuit around here until our Show and Swap!!! So we will display the Kawasaki at various businesses in our area and keep promoting ticket sales! :angel:
