**5th Annual** NEWLBVR "OLD IRON RIDE" Vintage Snowmobile Display & Ride January 17 2015 Meet at T-Bob's Sports Bar in Laona WI. Display sleds at 10 am Pull the ropes at 11 am Ride to Johnnies Resort on Wabicon Lake for lunch, and then back to T-Bob's (about 15 mile round trip). Prizes and awards given at T-Bob's for eligible 1980 & older sleds that participate in the ride. Awards for: Peoples Choice Favorite Old Iron, and Busted Iron
It's a FAMILY EVENT, all sledders welcome to ride along!

Looking good for this ride on Jan 17th in Laona and for the Hot Dog Ride from Dunbar on January 10th---this Sat! We've got good-very good trails and the snow isn't going anywhere soon. Isn't it nice to be able to set a date for rides and know you don't have to wait until the last minute to see if there's enough snow! :cheer: :thumb:

Another "Old Iron Ride" in the books!!!! We had a great turnout, with many new faces joining us this year! We ended with 22 vintage sleds, and a few newer tag a longs! Congrats to our winners this year.....
"Favorite Old Iron" went to Amy Elert with her '71 Puma Limo, Runner up went to Dennis Bristol with his '73 Skiroule. "Oldest Sled" award winner went to John Zawon on his '68 Panther "Breakdown" award winner of a new tow rope went to Will Grant '72 Skidoo Nordic.
Again I want to thank everyone who joined us again to make this a fantastic :cheer: event!!!!
