The 16th Annual Show & Swap will once again be hosted by the Middle Inlet Fire Department & Fire Auxiliary. Show will be at the corner of US HWY 141 & CTY RD X, N9299 US HWY 141. Sled registration will begin at 7 AM inside the town hall. $3 sled registration for show sleds. Max $10. $5 swap space fee. The Fire Dept will be serving breakfast beginning at 6:30 AM and then lunch at 11:00. The menu will have lots of new items this year, featuring locally grown produce and locally processed maple syrup and meat. Food & Beverages are a fire dept fundraiser. Please support them! The club will have bucket raffle items on display, tickets will be $1 each, 6 for $5 or an arms length for $20. Bucket raffle winners will be announced at 2:00 PM. Need not be present to win. Trophy ceremony will be at 2:30. More information will be announced but the show will follow the same format as in years past. Please follow the parking instructions the fire dept will give us and keep the areas next to the fire dept clear in case of an emergency.
We are looking for club members and friends to step up and VOLUNTEER to help out after 3 PM on Friday 12/6/19 (for set up) as well as helpers for the day of the show. Need help registering the show sleds, directing traffic, lending a hand unloading sleds, help selling the bucket raffles tickets, judging sleds and giving out the trophy awards. There is a lot to do to make the show a success, before the show and the day of the show so if you can spare some time to help in an area, please notify Pat or Patti at 715-324-6020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
